Guests are allowed to bring their own corn hole boards/bags or lawn games to set up in yard. (Free) Three 6-foot tables can be set up as well to accommodate guests. Host can provide 8 folding chairs, but parties larger than 8 will require guests to bring folding chair ($30)

Rate gets you use of standing beverage ice cooler along with 4 bags of ice to chill drinks.

Indoor Kitchen

For those parties that need the use of the kitchen (gas stove, food prep, etc), then you can reserve the use of the kitchen for a flat fee. Kitchen will be clean upon arrival, and it must be in the same condition upon completion of your party.

Why be by the grill when you should be entertaining your guests. Host for hire to grill while you enjoy your party! You provide the grilling items, and the host will grill to order for you and your party! Flat fee of $40
