1. Holiday weekend “amenity” must be added for bookings on all holiday weekends -Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Monday if holiday
falls there).
2. Heated pool "amenity" must be added at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Do not park in any way that blocks any driveway
4. Swim suits are mandatory, no street clothes.
5. Water shoes are the ONLY shoes allowed in the pool.
