Secluded Country Paradise

Hello, and thanks for looking at our listing! To answer a question we get asked a lot, we have become a birthday party destination and a lot of people want to know if people who aren’t going to be swimming need to be included in the rental total, and yes we need every person invited to the party to be included in the total amount of guests and the reason being is for insurance liability reasons. Even though they won’t be swimming they will be around an open body of water and as such has to be included in the total. Now we will work with you on guests totals I.E. you put down 34 guests but only 27 guests show up, we will refund you the difference between the two different pricing tiers. We live in the country, on a dead end road and our nearest neighbor is over a mile away. If you want someplace where your kids can hoop and holler? Then this is your place. This is also your place to go if you want peace and tranquility and watch the wildlife frolicking in the pecan grove. We have foosball, corn hole, and pool basketball goal. Parking is not a problem out here. The firepit area with the porch swings is amazing. We have a private dedicated bathroom with lockers, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. No need chasing after the kids to apply sunscreen, since the pool is indoors. The pool is solar heated. The pool house is not heated or air conditioned. It has screens on the windows and ceiling fans. We can also host large parties and have a new eating area and have room for a food/snow cone truck if you would like to hire one to come to your party! There is plenty of shade out here with large mature pecan trees on 20 acres. Wildlife is abundant. Please watch for deer on your drive! Apartment fridge also available.
