About the pool

Check out our virtual tour https://swimplyl.ink/TT18JVGX6T - Beautiful Heated Saltwater pool and spa with a Baja ledge and two loungers with umbrella, diving board, and a few pool floats and toys. A Newly built carpeted Pool house with TV, privacy drapes. Bar, Mini Fridge with 6 barstools, built in chess-checkers-connect 4. Gazebo with Furniture and drapes. Plenty of outdoor sitting with couches, lounge chairs and umbrellas for some shade. Grassy area to play on. Corn Hole, dart board, is available. Surround sound speakers, play your own tunes..be respectful of sound level. Bathroom on site, walk slowly dry feet before entering. swim diapers are needed. Ice chest cooler available to use..just bring a bag of ice..mini fridge also available for use. Plastic cups are preferred, anything in the outdoor cabinet is for your use also. BBQ also available, please make sure you watch it closely, be safe and to make sure it is turned off when done. Extra umbrellas available. Swim toys and floats rafts are available and swim Goggles. Connect 4, chess, and checkers, Cards, and TV available. Please make sure all gates are shut when leaving. Have a fun and relaxing time. Would love a kind review. Thank you.

This pool is solar heated..and stays warm during the summer months.

The hot tub is not usually included, only if you request it being turned on, we can do so.

Pool House-Gazebo

Pool House-She Shed Furnished with Sofa, TV, all channels, sports. Mini fridge, carpeted, desk, two chairs, lamps, black out drapes, music surround sound. Gazebo also shaded, Fan,Sofa with two chairs, coffee table, rug, fireplace, chandelier, diving board on deep end, baja ledge with two loungers.

Pool Toys

A few pool toys and rafts, balls., ball pit for littles, googles, towels.

Speakers

yes, surround sound speakers in yard, bluetooth speakers through out the yard, bring your own tunes. bluetooth system available.

Towels

Some clean pool towels will be here. Please leave at property.

Playground

No playground, some turf grass for play area., Corn Hole, ax throwing for kids, and connect 4, chess, cards, are also available.

Fire Pit

There is a fire table, preferred if its not used for safety reasons..make sure gas is turned off, from both ends..after use.

Have a fun time! Make yourself at home.. but, Please respect our home and the surrounding neighbors. Of course there is no life guard, the safety of all is what we are looking for swim floaties and swim diapers are mandatory for kids. If you decide to bring cocktails, please be careful, & NO glass ware. Music choice is yours. There is also a bathroom inside the backdoor, walk slowly, first door on the right side, for use of the toilet only. Thank you.
