About the pool

The Back 40 includes an outdoor paradise- A saltwater pool & hot tub with waterfalls, mermaids, and an outdoor kitchen. A volleyball court is also located on the property. Don't forget your fishing poles as the property also includes a pond stocked with catfish and perch. Come and enjoy our private 40-acre gated cattle ranch located 15 minutes from Galveston Bay with private parking for a boat, and a home gym. There is also RV parking for an additional fee. The Back 40 Bunkhouse is a 716 Sq. Ft. full guest studio apartment that includes a separate space for the bedrooms, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, and a fully functional kitchen which includes a refrigerator, microwave, and a 4 stove burner, oven, & coffee maker.

Hot Tub

A saltwater hot tub is attached to the pool.

There are 4 BBQ pits and 1 Flat Top Gas Grill that is Propane Fuelled with two Side Shelves.

Towels

We provide towels for our guests.

Shower

There is a hot/cold shower on the side of the home and a shower next to the volleyball court to rinse off after a day of playing sand volleyball.
