About the pool

This pool yard is completely private. The fenced-in area is over a 1/4 acre, offering panoramic views of Folsom Lake and the Sacramento Valley. Huge pool with a grotto to lounge in, and a sports area with a professional basketball hoop. Three waterfalls to jump off of! Outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, and a huge gas fire pit. There are sofas in the shade under the pergola. We have a chaise lounge daybed that you may use, but we allow only two people at a time. We ask that you use a towel as we do not want sunscreen on the daybed cushions. Children under the age of 15 may not use the chaise lounge.

Jumping off the grotto is allowed. But swimmers going into the grotto through the waterfall must exit through the back. Do not stand, walk through, or play in landscape areas. Do not pick fruit from trees.
