Backyard Retreat!

Are you ready to enjoy a cool refreshing dip in the pool with family and friends? Look no further! We have a WATER CHILLER that keeps the pool temperature around 85 degrees. You no longer have to suffer in someone else's 95-degree pool water!! This partial shaded pool features a sundeck with bubblers, two lounge chairs, and an ice chest side table. The pool has 3 waterfalls, in pool bench, and 2 swim-outs. The pool and spa can be heated upon request. The large, covered patio has a large couch sectional, dining table with four patio chairs, and a natural gas fire glass pit. It also includes a 3-burner natural gas grill and an electric wood pellet smoker. There is a surround sound system ready to be used with any Bluetooth ready device and of course there is free WIFI. We recently added a private bathroom near the pool, which makes it a breeze for guests to get changed or use the restroom without having to enter the main house. We offer a weekday discount Monday through Thursday to swim and splash for less! We allow bookings up to 11pm upon request depending on the size of the group. The music level will have to be lowered past 9pm. We allow pets to swim, but please add the Pet Fee amenity. Also, please schedule these swims during the weekdays(anytime) or late afternoon(5pm to 9pm) swims on the weekend. Please, no pets on the furniture. Our pool is a saltwater pool. It uses salt to sanitize the pool instead of chlorine. This allows a more comfortable swim and less irritation to guests than traditional chemical cocktails do to treat pools.
