Lagoon style pool with gorgeous landscaping, waterfall and fountains, multicolored LED lights, 2 pool shelves, hot tub, 600 sq ft covered patio with fireplace, 4K TV, grill, sink, stove, refrigerator, 2 tap kegerator, lounge chairs, swing chairs, 8-speaker sound system, and overall seating for 25+ people. Perfect for any event.

- Only put liquids down the drain.
- Clean up after yourself using the trash bins.
