About the pool
We live in a beautiful area in Calabasas, and our gated pool is safe and relaxing. We also have a very large deck with a ping pong table, dining table and chairs, lounge chair, grill, and yard space. Our kids are getting older, and busy with activities during the week and weekend! My yard is very pretty with flowers and privacy.

What makes it special
Heated Pool
Pool will be heated as long as there is at least 24 hours noticed and a 3 hour minimum. If the weather is at least 90 degrees, the pool gets very warm and does not need to be heated in advance, and you can do 2 hours if we do not need to heat the pool. Calabasas gets over 90 degrees often.

We welcome you to our home to have a nice time. My main concern is that children must be fully potty trained and out of diapers to enter the pool. We only ask for no glass, drinks, or food in the fenced in pool area. I was a lifeguard for many years for kids parties etc, so please just keep an eye on your kids, and be in the pool with anyone who is not water safe!
