About the pool

Come enjoy a modern and luxurious backyard full of incredible amenities; a beautiful 18’x 36’ Pool (w/ cover), a 8’ x 10’ hot tub, outdoor dining table with chairs for your meals, a large outdoor pool house with a TV, mini fridge, grill area, bathroom/shower, bball/pickleball court, putting green!

Hot Tub

Hot tub 8’ x 10’, can heat it to 100 for a fee.

Heated Pool

Pool does not usually need to be heated in May, June, July or August. April, September and October can heat to 92 for an additional fee of $50 flat. Winter, an additional fee of $80 flat as it takes 36 hours to heat since it’s a large pool.

Grill

You’ll be able to use the grill along with nice bar seating but must clean the grill and outdoor kitchen area after using it. Please be mindful as our barstools (6) have light colored cushions.

Pool Toys

We have swim googles, swim vests (4) for toddlers and little kids, and several pool toys.

We’d provide seating (very nice outdoor couch, two large chairs) and gas for the firepit

Shower

Shower available outside for free use before or after jumping in the pool.

Basketball Court

This is a half basketball court/pickleball court. Bring your own gear.
