Hot Tub

If you purchase this option, we will heat up and maintain the Hot Tub at to 102F. If you wish a different temperature, pls let me know. The Hot Tub is quite big and will easily hold 10 people.

Wifi

WIFI 6 Guest with high speed internet. Wifi Code will be provided and is available in the Kitchen area.

Shower

Single RAIN Shower with hand wand. Comes with Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash. It is an isolated room with a lock on the top of the door. It is a heated shower so it is nice to take a warm shower after a cool swim!

Fire Pit

Round Fire Pit with Seating for 10. We will light it up when you feel you are ready for it. The fire pit is hot and will burn a little child if they get too close. Pls excercise caution.

Speakers

14 Speaker System with Subwoofer. Maximum sound is reduced to avoid disrupting neighbors

Noodles, floating Items, blow up lounge floats and donuts.

The Pool Heating option will heat the pool up to 80F. During the summer (August/September) it is usually never needed as it will be around 84 on average.
