Family friendly swim . No explicit loud music , lewd behavior , or inappropriate photo shoots etc that could be viewed as inappropriate as there are children and families in our subdivision . All children must have parent or guardians in pool / watching if they cannot swim and must have life vest/floats. No large loud parties . Drinks all must be in plastic containers. Smoking only in designated area by fire pit.
