Summer is here and Kat's Splash is in full swing 😎

The pool is usually ~82 degrees by noon on hot days, and there are several shaded seating areas and chaise lounges, with or without umbrellas to choose from, depending on how much sun you’d like, or enjoy the large lawn and ping pong table!

My entertainment-ready outdoor "casita" is perfect for a get together and features a large granite bar, sink, mini fridge, couches, fireplace, infrared heater and a lovely wine barrel fire table. Available for additional fee.

Until hot days fully kick in late May/early June, pool may not warm up beyond 78 or 80. Please add as an amenity if you’d like heated (up to 85 degrees). Hot tub will be included with pool heat, if desired.

460 sq ft “casita”

Beautiful flagstone-floored outdoor covered room for entertaining. Large granite bar (with electrical outlets, sink, and small refrigerator) seats 9 in addition to two couches and a fireplace. Wine barrel fire table (seats 5) and infrared heater included with rental in off season.

Only guests of legal age may consume alcohol and/or other legal substances, and assume their own risk with that consumption. No illegal drug use of any kind. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no refund. ADDITIONAL RULES: Swim at your own risk. Absolutely no glass in the pool area. Keep music “neighbor friendly” please! No nudity. Decorations allowed with prior authorization and must be cleaned up by guest - no glitter or confetti.
