It takes 30 minutes (LESS time in summer) to heat it up. So, Ideally, let me know a day before to make sure it's all set-up for you. MINIMUM 2hrs.

This is new BBQ with a stove on one side! A REFUNDABLE cash cleaning deposit of $35 is needed up front, when you enter. Ideally, let me know a day before to make sure it's all set-up for you. MINIMUM 2hrs.

A REFUNDABLE cash, cleaning deposit of $35 is needed up front, when you enter. Ideally, let me know a day before to make sure it's all set-up for you.. It has privacy space and changeable plastic bag. We will provide instructions for proper use to keep it clean. PLEASE do not abuse it!

Baby/Toddler/Child Floating Swim Vest

FREE (when available). Ask for it. See picture. It is there as a help against unprotected toddler running to the water. You are responsible for safety of everyone in your group!

HEATER now available, Enjoy Pool/Spa, (which are naturally warm) at any open time. ABSOLUTELY, NO GLASS BOTTLES, or anything breakable. Back yard slopes down beyond back wall. For your safety, Do not climb/walk on the short wall or cross the wall. WARNING: NO LIFE-GUARD ON DUTY. So, if you don't know swimming, do not go on deep end or near jumping board. Please stay within 4' to 6' from the pool and do not go in other-side yard of house near jumping board. Danger of getting hurt by yard...
