Very private space with no homes behind the pool area and hedges around.
PLEASE NOTE : If you book on a Thursday or Friday, it is possible that our lawn care team may come by to tend to the yard. They spend most of their time in the front of the home and about 5-8 minutes in the back yard . This cannot be avoided. My apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
We do not recommend using the hot tub during the hottest days of summer. Its very hot! But we'll let you decide :-)

No glass allowed in pool area. No diapers in pool. No entrance into main house for any reason. Intoxicated guests will be asked to leave for safety reasons We do have close neighbors, so please be courteous with language and noise levels
If you more than 6 guests in your party, you will need to take your trash with you as we are located in the city limits and only have a small trash can . City will not allow overflow
There must be at lease 1 adult in the pool for every 3 children
