About the pool

[PLEASE NOTE: 15 PEOPLE MAX ALLOWED FOR A BOOKING.] -[NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED] --- Amazing large pool with walk-down steps to 3 ft area increasing to 5 feet then 9 feet with diving board. Multiple patio table/chairs combination (25 seats total), places to layout, tables, chairs, umbrellas, outdoor TV (used at my discretion depending on weather) . Outdoor decorative lights for evening swimming and parties. Tons of area. Large parking area. Accessible sun room, full bathroom (shower) and changing area. This is the perfect backyard and pool environment. (NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED NEAR THE HOUSE/SUN ROOM. Home owner is allergic to it. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the far backyard corner on wood deck area - 25ft from the house - there is a sign designating the smoking area.) (The pool does NOT have handicap accessibility. Keep this in mind when booking - you have to walk UP about 12 steps to get to the pool.)
