Let us, Rob & Evette aka R&E, host your celebrations, family swim day, solo escape, couples getaway, private swim lesson or your adult evening intimate pool party. We have everything you need for a nice, chill and luxe event. Our pool is well maintained daily/weekly. Our back patio is completely enclosed for a bug free experience. We have a fully furnished pool house. Brand New Luxe Outhouse bathroom. We have seating for a total of 20 people. Our maximum capacity is 20. We are a 420/Cigar/Cigarette friendly outdoor space. Please message us with any ideas, questions or concerns you have prior to booking.

What makes it special

$30

Party/Event Set Up - Clean Up Time

We allow you (not entire party) to arrive 30 mins before and stay 30 mins after your booked time to set up/decorate and take down and clean up after your event. Flat fee $30 There is NO swimming during this time.

Outdoor Shower

Outdoor Solar Shower. You will be able to rinse off before and after you get in the pool. Be CAREFUL it gets HOT.

Variety of floats (including infant float), swim vests for toddlers, water guns, noodles, pool style football and basketball.

Sunscreen/Aloe Vera Gel

General sunscreen; some name brand like Blue Lizard/Banana Boat and some generic like Target Up&Up. Aloe vera gel also if needed. Bug spray also. Free to use but not take home.

Outdoor Fridge

Apartment size outdoor fridge you can use to store food and beverages to keep them fresh and cold. Complimentary bottled Water.

Smoking outdoors only. If you partake in smoking please use one of the three ashtrays provided. NO glass cups/bottles/containers AT ALL; this is for SAFETY measures. Guests walk around barefoot and getting glass out of a pool means it MUST be completely drained. If you forget and accidentally bring glass no problem we can give you plastic cups/containers.
