Dog Swim Fee

Our pool service charges extra to flush filters. Dog hair regardless of long or short requires additional pool maintenance.

CLEANING FEE - REQUIRED

This fee is refundable. Must be as clean as when you showed up. We will NOT refund if ANY cleaning is necessary. All trash must be placed in dumpster EVERYTHING wiped down and clean. This includes the bathroom. We are charged $200 if we have to call cleaning service.

Water for private (towable bathrooms), food trucks, kiddie pools etc. NOTE: There are two sinks included in base rental - both have hot and cold water. NOTE: WE are on a well, NO water slides or items that require continuous running water.

Port o Cool water cooler is available. This is a large fans with water that runs through them to cool the air. Usually requested for babies and elderly guests. This will help keep them EXTRA cool.
