Welcome to your "Royal Oasis" with your stunning custom designed pool and hot tub. There is plenty of lounging space, 2-large umbrellas, a bar with swings, a table and chairs, a hammock, and your own private bathroom with a shower! Fun for all!!!

We love safe fun!!! No glass near or in pool/hot tub! Please throw all trash in trash bins. Dry yourself off before entering into the restroom. Please use swim diapers for infants/toddlers. Music is allowed, but please be mindful of our neighbors! Swim at your own risk! House/ pool owners are not liable for any accidents. **Please refrain from popping confetti balloons on site, or clean-up fees will be charged**
