About the pool

During winter months, I require a minimum of 1 day notice to heat the pool.

Please note that the heated pool option is mandatory, as the water temperature is currently too cold for swimming.

Heated Pool

Depending on the temperature outside, a few hours to 24 hour prior notice is required to heat the pool. Pool will be heated to 87 degrees.

Hot Tub

Heated hot tub with therapeutic jets. Temp will be set at 98 degrees unless you request otherwise.

Propane grill. You will need to bring grill utensils (spatula/tongs), plasticware, plates, napkins etc.

Cooler

Small brown wicker cooler is kept next to the hot tub for easy access. Must bring your own ice. No glass items allowed.

No glass bottles/drinks/containers of any type. No underage drinking allowed. Dry yourself before entering the home to use the restroom. Adult/teen must accompany children 10 and younger. All rooms and areas besides the restroom are off limits. Feel free to knock on backdoor and enter. No loitering in the front yard. No confetti, glitter, or piñata’s.
