The pool is cleaned professionally every Tuesday any other day requiring extra pool clean will have a 75 ( my cost charge ) the area around can easily accommodate 50 There is an enclosed sun area where if it rains can be used to set up food No glass and the renter cleans pre and post

Limit is 6 people ( including kids) unless it’s a kid birthday party - just ask and I will increase the limit no loud music - no alcohol - no food in the pool-or around the pool-no glass Clean up before and after is required 2 cars can park in the driveway- any other it will be street parking
