TWO COVERED PATIOS

One patio at main house has two ceiling fans with lights, and the other patio out by the pool has a mesh covering with solar lights. Both areas have seating available.

BIG YARD

Big Yard: set up extra shade, kids can run & play, or run through a sprinkler! Message your host with ideas, or for more info/questions/clarification!

Pool Toys

Miscellaneous pool toys, floaties, pool noodles, etc. are available for guests to use. None of these toys are safety devices. Guest is responsible for bringing any needed safety devices. ALL pool toys MUST be removed from pool prior to vacating property.

PARKING

Flat Fee Amenity: up to two large vehicles, or up to four small vehicles may park in our driveway. If you choose this amenity, please message me with the number and of vehicles that would like to use our driveway.

TESLA / EV CHARGING

First, choose the Parking amenity. Tesla drivers can plug right in. Non-Tesla EV drivers can use our Tesla home charger using a J1772 adapter. Guest must provide their own J1772 adapter. *This is a separate amenity. Guest must first choose the Parking amenity.

BRINGING ONE DOG?

Your ONE dog is welcome to come roam, swim, run play, & enjoy time with you here! This amenity has a $25 flat fee for ONE dog, must clean after your dog, & must have a leash available". NOTE: if you're bringing two dogs, do NOT choose this amenity. Choose the amenity titled "Bringing TWO Dogs?"

Your TWO dogs are welcome to roam, swim, run, play, & enjoy time with you here! This amenity is $35 flat fee for TWO dogs, guest must clean after your dogs, & must have leashes "available". NOTE if you're only bringing ONE dog, skip this amenity & choose the amenity titled "Bringing ONE Dog?"

Up to 10 towels are available for small fee to cover laundering and sanitizing costs: $5. This covers up to 10 towels.
