About the pool
Our heated POOL and HOT TUB utilizes "The HEALTHCARE CONCEPT SYSTEM", it's the most advanced water purification system available. It combines the algae and bacteria killing capabilities of ionization, with the oxidizing effectiveness of ozone. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, odorless, tasteless and won't bleach clothes or hair. Does not contain poisonous chemicals that are harmful to plant and animal life. Does not burn eyes when swimming under water. 2 Hour rental minimum.

Please return the property, chairs, hot tub, and patio to the condition you found it. Treat it as if it was yours. A trash can is provided on the pool patio for your trash. NO eating or drinking in the pool. NO rough housing or jumping off the slide. NO glass containers on the pool deck or in the pool. Please NO EXPLICIT music. Please be respectful of neighbors. 2 Hour rental minimum.
