This backyard is the perfect venue for your next event, whether it be a birthday party, end-of-season team party, family reunion, baby/bridal shower, or just a fun day out with family and friends.

Private guest bathroom available!

You are welcome to bring your own food or have it delivered.

Headcount is based upon the number of people on the property, not the number of swimmers. This is an entry fee to a private space with a heated pool. Swimming status is is not considered when counting heads. Reducing your headcount within 72 hours of your reservation is not allowed. Set up/take down time needs to be included in your booking time.

Heated Pool

The pool is heated to 88 degrees year round!

Hot Tub

The hot tub uses a mineral system that ozonates and oxidizes the water. It feels so nice to be able to relax and soothe away sore muscles with the jets and mood lighting. The hot tub can heat up to 104 degrees. Limit 6 people in hot tub at a time.

Shower

Guests are expected to rinse off in the shower before entering the pool/hot tub.

Pool Toys

Water pong, a floating game table with waterproof cards, dive toys, goggles, foam pool loungers, and other fun things are available for guest use.

Speakers

Guests are welcome to use the bluetooth speaker provided by host for a nominal fee. Personal speakers are not permitted.

Grill

Guests are welcome to use the outdoor kitchen with a built-in propane grill to enjoy a meal. The fee is to cover the propane, cleaning, and wear and tear.

Do NOT park on the street. Park on the driveway or at Peppermint Park. If you park on the street, you will be asked to relocate your vehicle. We really appreciate your cooperation here! No DJ. No dogs or glass. Rinse off in the shower before entering the pool or hot tub. Every person who enters the property will be counted as a guest regardless of swimming status. No lifeguard on duty.
