Kids must be potty-trained, or in swim diapers. No lifeguard on duty. Owners are not responsible for any injuries. Three-hour minimum. By making a reservation, you, anyone in your party, and anyone claiming on your/their behalf agree to release owners, their successors, and their agents from any and all claims and liabilities arising in relation to your use of the pool and other amenities on the property. Exceptions for pets available.
