Two shaded areas, a gazebo and a cantilever umbrella area with wicker furniture. Lots of pool toys, floaties, volleyball net, basketball hoop, bluetooth speakers, and all-around string lights for a night time swim. Check out the Premium Amenities available! Come enjoy some quality family and friends time in this beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Pool is maintained constantly and everything is sanitized before each use. Hosts are fully vaccinated. NOTE: No lifeguard on site. Upon booking, guests assume responsibility for their own behavior in and around around water. Please enjoy a safe and fun swim! Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please keep music and noise to a respectable level for our neighbors.
