************ Construction continues! Last year we started three huge projects; all new siding, a garage and outdoor pool bath-house addition, and a complete basement remodel. The projects have not finished over the winter. Contractors are scheduled to return in June this year, but if I can get them here earlier and have projects finished before then I will open up available dates. Due to the construction and current condition, I won't be accepting reservations this year until AFTER all construction has completed. Work has been intermittent and I do not want to make a reservation only to have to cancel it later due to incomplete renovations. ************ We love our Pool Party Paradise and we hope you do too! Crystal clear and large (20x40) - the pool features a blue waterslide and pirate-plank-like diving board with multitudes of fun floaties. We did just install a heater on 5/19 and will be keeping the pool right around a refreshing yet comfortable 80F. Please inquire about temperature if it's a concern. Four lounge chairs at the water's edge offer great sunlight throughout the day for sunbathing. Three lunch tables with umbrellas (seat 14) offer reprieve from the heat and a place to gather for eating. Enjoy socializing on the rocking outdoor couches (seat 6). Your rental also includes access to the kitchenette in the basement! Sink, microwave, counter, and full sized refrigerator are all available for your use.
