IMPORTANT INFO: If you need set up/break down time for a party, please book an extra half hour into your reservation. Only required if you need set up time as it's often not possible to come before your reservation time. Please read parking information & share with other guests. Please enter and exit at your reserved time. No food or snacks inside the pool house at any time. All guests, whether swimming or not, count in your reservation. Liability requirements. We are offering a mid-size heated pool that can comfortably fit up to 12 young kids or approx 8 adults, a 2-3 person hot tub, lots of pool toys, a private bathroom/shower and a private outdoor patio that can accommodate about 20-30 people in addition to the # of people in the pool. You have the option to have the pool entirely enclosed for a warm steamy environment or to raise any or all of the 3 garage doors for an outdoor feel. The pool and patio space is perfect for birthday parties or gatherings of friends & families. During rainy months, rent the covered patio for gifts and snacks. There is an extra cost for the smaller covered patio, add that as an extra amenity. Additionally, for gathering during summer evenings you can rent our wood burning fire pit that we use juniper to burn. The aroma is wonderful! It is listed in the amenities. The outdoor patio is a large space to enjoy the flower gardens with various seating areas. In the summer there is plenty of space for kids (skilled swimmers) to swim while adults stay steps away on the patio or at the picnic table. The pool house has the option to open up 1 whole side of the building so that all guests can interact whether inside or outside. Keep in mind that during the colder months there is very limited space for non-swimmers to gather so your number of guests not in the pool has to be small.
