You get access to the entire fully private back-yard which includes pool area, gourmet BBQ island area with both gas and charcoal grills (including multi-skewer kebab / souvla style rotisserie), outdoor sink, bar and fridge, as well as lounge area with table and chairs, plus a grass area with stunning ocean views. No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is allowed in designated areas. No loud music or noise. No glass containers by pool. Alcohol is permitted , but intoxication is not. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool is not covered so guests take full responsibility for ensuring all guests can swim or are closely monitored.
