About the pool

We have A spacious backyard with a pool, spa only heated for $30 a hour. We offer a grill, 2 large table and chairs. We have seating for 50 people any guest over that must bring extra chairs. No ticket selling or selling alcohol on the property. You can have alcohol no selling. You must use my bartender no outside bartender. If you are having a DJ you must let me know before your us for more details.

Parking Instructions: Please do not park on the street or in front of the house. When you arrive, drive down the gravel driveway to the left of the garage, make a right, and park in a straight line in the back. All guests must stay in the backyard area, as that’s the space being rented all amenities must be paid to vendors the day of. Text for cookout catering price by chef Harold who is known for the best lump crab pies. We look forward to hosting your gathering :)
