About the pool

Large in-ground pool with stairs & ladder. Pool area is surrounded by beautiful nature, including towering trees, fruit vines, and a gently flowing creek. Pool water cleanliness & safe chemical levels are carefully maintained. Pool is in full sun at midday, while it is partly shaded in morning & evening. Concrete pool area includes table with umbrella, chairs, and lounge chairs. Other free amenities include street parking and use of basic pool toys. Under amenities, you can also request bathroom use (see shower), deck space, and more. Message host with any questions at all. All are welcome!

Deck/Dining Area

Large 20x20 deck includes 9x20 cedar/steel roof gazebo, two dining tables with 6 cushioned chairs, and a glass bar. *Do not rearrange bar/tables.

Cooler

Bring ice-cold drinks, keep food fresh poolside, or even just use the cooler to keep your phone dry and cool on a hot day!

Towels

Use of up to 10 clean pool towels. Please hang them out over the railings before leaving.

Shower

Use of indoor restroom with toilet & shower. (Sometimes unavailable, but request it if desired and we will let you know if not.)

Pool Toys

Free to use any pool toys/noodles left out. The added cost is only if you want use of the more "premium" inflatables we store inside.

Speakers

Use our water-resistant floating Bluetooth speaker so you can keep your phone tucked away in the shade & safe from the water.

Adjust Furniture Needs

Need more chairs or a different setup? We can rearrange or add to the deck furniture for your group as needed & as available. *Please do not rearrange deck furniture on your own.

-No diving. -No pets. -No glass in pool area. -Remove ALL food remnants before leaving. -Do not pee in the pool. Babies must wear swimming diapers. -Please maintain order by avoiding horseplay, running, loud volume, etc. -Quiet hours after 9pm. -Please remain in reserved pool area. The rest of the yard, while beautiful to look at, is off limits for guest use. -Return furniture to original placement and lock pool door before leaving. -Enjoy!
