About the pool

The backyard is designed to provide an exceptional swimming and relaxation experience. It features a large, private yard adorned with various palm trees and flowers, creating a serene environment. The amenities include a spacious deck, a Koi pond, a tiki hut, and an 18x38-foot pool. We have a six-zone speaker system with Bluetooth connectivity for excellent sound of your choice, allowing guests to enjoy their preferred music. Additionally, a TV is available on the top deck for viewing games. The backyard is ideal for family gatherings and social events, offering a resort-like experience that encourages visitors to return repeatedly

There is no diving board. So no diving off of the structure where the board was. No running around the pool deck, we don't want to see anyone slip and get hurt. No glass around the pool area. No loud music or separate sound system unless we authorize the system. We currently have plenty of sound throughout the entire property with 6 zone system and 12 speakers.
