About the pool

Lounge chairs, a table to lay out snacks and sit down, pool floats, a grill to cook out as well as a fire pit. A dedicated bathroom in the garage accessed by a sliding door from the front yard with a shower and toilet, patio lights to keep the pool day going well into the night, at least until 10:00 PM PST to be mindful of neighbors 🙂

Heated Pool

Will need a 72 notice for the whole pool to be heated up appropriately in the winter and 24 hours during the summer.

All trash is to be removed prior to leaving otherwise a cleaning charge will apply of $250. No smoking indoors when utilizing the restroom, no vaping. Outdoor smoking is acceptable, please utilize an ashtray. No glass in the pool. If glass is found in the pool there will be a cleaning fee charged of $500.
