Beautiful, large diving pool surrounded by cool decking, lots of lush plants, palm and fruit trees, and a lovely patch of artificial grass perfect for lounging. Plenty of room to hang out and chill in the shallow end and splash and play in the deep end. One half is less than 5 ft deep and the other half is 9 ft. There is a steep drop off that divides the pool nicely with a lounge cut out for sitting. Lots of great sun most of the day and shade late in the afternoon. The perimeter of the pool has string lights that make for a gorgeous ambiance at night. Two large covered patios: one with 75 inch TV, dimmable lights, fan, heater and comfy furniture for 7 people and the other with a Traeger grill, two fans and a 6-chair dining table.
