About the pool
CURRENT WATER TEMP 74F as of May 7, 2025. Solar heated water makes it comfortable and swimmable during the warmer months (it’s COLD in the winter).
50,000 gallon salt water pool feels smooth on the skin and doesn’t leave your skin burning from harsh chemicals.
10 min to 280/680/101 located at Rancho Roben Rescues a 12 acre farm animal rescue with an amazing view of downtown San Jose and the valley. Attached pool house w/ bathroom, seating and shade. Toys to enjoy.
Despite showing in one of the photos there is no longer a diving board.
Due to insurance reasons, if you book the farm tour, it must occur during the hours of your Swimply booking.

Only reasonable family friendly parties allowed. While we do allow for amplified sound we ask that you keep it to a reasonable level - if you are not sure, please ask before booking and we will discuss your plans.
NO ticketed events.
NO wild drunken shenanigans.
NO glass at pool for safety reasons. If you would like to bring bottles they must remain outside of the swimming area on the patio. Please NO eating while IN the pool to keep things clean. Respect of our space is all we ask!

Ramp from driveway to deck to pool. Someone to assist going up and down as one ramp is steep. No ADA wheelchair access into the pool (three steps) and bathroom which has one small step.
