About the pool

Our heated, saltwater pool has a modern look and we keep it very clean. Our backyard has gone through extensive upgrades over the past 3 years, including the pool. The pool sits towards the back of our property and overall the yard is spacious and fairly secluded. The pool has a cove for sitting/relaxing, a large sun porch (12" deep), which is nice for the kids to play, and a gradual slope to the deep end (9'). This pool/backyard is very family-friendly to play games or relax with plenty of seating for sunning and entertaining. Pool furniture and umbrellas are new as of 2023, which include 8 dining chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and 4 comfy chairs. Bring your food/beverages, or order delivery from your favorite restaurants, and come enjoy the day! We typically try to keep the pool temp in the 80s. Bathroom is cleaned and sanitized between guests. I will meet you when you arrive, briefly show you the property and then leave you to enjoy your time. Thanks!

We can't control the weather, but we try to keep the pool in the 80s- in the spring this is difficult or after a big storm :) By purchasing this amenity we will heat at least 3 hours prior to and during your arrival.

Music volumes must be kept at a neighbor-friendly level. All kids in diapers must wear swim diapers. NO GLASS in the backyard. Please remember that there may be guests before or arriving after you, so please keep to your arrival/ departure times. We greatly appreciate you leaving the pool area as it was when you arrived.
