No use of BBQ or other amenities are available.
Beautifully landscaped private backyard with large oasis salt water pool. Pool is heated to between 83-85.. perfect for kids Birthday Party or a quick refreshment on a hot day.

( Not provided) Liability Waiver must be signed upon entry on swim day. No glass allowed. Plastic cup or cans only (BYOB) outdoor. No glass permitted in the backyard.
