About the pool
Great place to unwind, Chlorine Pool, Quick Check-in, Night lighting, Shaded area, Great sunlight too, Seating for 10 .overage will be turned away) if you have more guests this is not the space for you .No DJ. Music allowed however, must be low as this is a residential neighborhood. Maximum guest is 15. Meaning after 10 guests there is an additional fee for up to 5. For example please do not book a reservation for 10 and show up with an additional 10. You are allowed up to 5 more guests however you will need to modify your reservation beforehand so that your reservation and payment reflects such.
Kids- please do not allow children to jump, Dive in the pool . This is for obvious safety reasons. Running also prohibited again for obvious safety reasons.
