If you want a backyard with a spacious pool and a brand-new grill and shade, this is the listing for you. The pool fits over 15 people and has enough room for more—16' x 16' above-ground pool ranging from 5 feet deep. Our new addition to the backyard is our pool deck, which provides shade and comfort on a hot summer day. All common areas (chairs, Cooler, Grill, bathroom, etc) are sprayed with Lysol disinfectant after each group. Our 1200 sq features a pool deck, which is chlorinated nightly. fee: Grill, Speaker).
