If you're looking for a backyard with a spacious pool, this is the listing for you. The pool itself accommodates over 15 people and has sufficient space for more. Our new addition to the backyard is our pool deck, which provides shade and comfort on a hot summer day. All common areas (chairs, cooler, grill, bathroom, etc.) are sprayed with Lysol disinfectant after each group. We respect your privacy and want you to have a wonderful time, but please respect our space. For faster acceptance, please reserve as many hours as you can; however, all groups are welcome. We have a minimum of 3 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends due to our high demand. All vehicles must be legally parked and they must not block any driveways. 4. All guests must vacate the property promptly when the reservation ends. 5. The area must be completely cleaned up by the end of your reservation time. 6. Only swimwear in the pool; no cotton, as it makes the pool cloudy 7.
