Great backyard pool right over the bridge into West Ashley close to Avondale Brand new build in 2024 Heated to the 80s Solar Shelf Hot Tub/Spa up to 105 degrees (please let us know if you’d like the hot tub heater turned on and at a temperature different for the generally set 102 - let us know if you’d like it adjusted and if you would like the additional bubbler jets turned on) Full sun all day Plenty of seating Hammock Screened in porch with table and chairs and celing fan Bathroom and shower Automatic cover keeps the water clean and warm (*Note you will need to remove/replace the pump on top of the cover and use a code to open/close*)e
