THIS IS THE LARGEST RESIDENTIAL POOL THAT NJ ALLOWS TO BUILD IN RESIDENTIAL HOMES -Easy access to your private guest bathroom located In the house right off the pool designated just for pool reservations  -HEATED POOL with Clear, Clean water in the pool will always be ready on the reservation -my pool water temperature is usually 84 to 87 degrees so very nice warm water If you want colder water let me know -Spa temperature will be about 97-100degrees —Cabanas with screens and curtains —- -private restroom for pool reservation ( designated for pool reservations only) - 1 private room with a AC on also designated for reservations right off the pool -Refrigerated designated pool for reservations only  — plenty of shaded area, as well as sunny area, and the lounge chairs as well as table with 10 chairs - parking space for 20 plus cars - seating for 35 plus guests + - in the shallow it’s 3 feet deep - and the deep end it’s 12 feet deep - great for diving or water side - large shallow area as well for children ( 3ft) -you can bring your own food and drinks
