Also "Good Times Swim" host special events, B-Day parties, kids parties, chill hang outs and private adults only event. - Large events must be pre-planned, 3 weeks or more in advance. 13+ visitors "Porter Parties" Is mandatory for Birthday Party, Special Events and all the above. - After 7pm for 10 + plus visiter You will have to order a porta potty. - For regular rentals. 13 + plus visiter You will have to order a porta potty. These rules are put in place because the bathroom is within the home on the property. After a certain amount of guest They're will be "no bathroom access". Please plan accordingly ( Max amount of 50 people is aloud on property in total) - You must hire your own private security. for any large parties, and special events. 20 + plus guests. Must be pre-planned, 3 weeks or more in advance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Infants - 5yrs are allowed to be present at the booking but they are not allowed in the main pool with out supervision at all times. You also can rent the kiddie pool, Which has been a very enjoyable experience for the infants so far. Check my amenities for more information. - Please bring your beach chairs, folding table, charcoal, food and any other utensils that's needed for your visit. Reminder: This facility is swim and participate at your own risk for all vistors. Reminder: No diving. No food in pool No urinating in the pool. Drinker / smoking is allowed. However, "Don't give me a reason to end your visit". - All visitors must act accordingly, "respectfull to one another" and safe in the pool".
