Cushioned furniture: 3 sofas, 2 lounge chairs, bar/barstools, cushioned chairs, 4 side-tables; seating for up to 20 people.

Absolutely NO climbing/ jumping off rock water feature. No glass in or around our pool.. thank you. Do not smoke, please (forest is near- vaping is fine but no cigarette butts please ;) One at a time to use the bathroom inside- no grouping inside the home. Addt'l outdoor private 'Circus Potty' w/prizes for lil ones! Guests assume all responsibility of their actions on this property. As hosts, we are held unaccountable for injuries, so please- no excessive drinking , no diving, running around...
