Our Poolside Retreat Features a one of kind 40' x 40' solar heated in-ground pool with a 14' x 14' Center Island. 3 pool depths: 3 feet, 4 feet and 8 feet with a diving board gives you plenty of room for multiple pool activities. Have It Your Way At The Middle Island Oasis ***PLEASE NOTE GROUPS OF 25 PERSONS OR MORE WILL REQUIRE 1 LIFEGUARD AS PER NY STATE LAW. GROUPS OF 50-60 PERSONS WILL REQUIRE 2 LIFE GUARDS. LIFEGUARDS WILL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE RENTER
