This backyard is the perfect oasis year-round with a pool, large grassy area and privacy from neighbors. We have a large yard for outdoor games, dogs or just running around with kids. We have several couches, small swing and a large daybed all next to the pool. Very secluded yard in a quiet neighborhood. This place is perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, barbecues, family gatherings, dance parties, filming and more. The outdoor capacity is 75 guests with ample room for a bar, caterers, tables and chairs. The backyard is large and versatile! You are welcome to move things around to accommodate your event. There is shade all day under the trees and umbrellas.
