Otherwise, we'll be opening up our 2025 calendar in April. This property is specifically set up for parties of all sizes and for all ages. We offer "ALL INCLUSIVE" flat rate pricing: Half day (4Hrs) = $600.00 Full day (8Hrs) = $1,200.00 The flat rate includes access to all amenities on the property, including pool heat. The flat rate also includes unlimited guests (up to 100ppl). The property is private and secluded. There's a phenomenal outdoor kitchen and bar that includes ice maker, freezer, refrigerator, sink, garbage disposal, two bbq pits (charcoal & propane), 8 burner stove top, griddle, and more! There is plenty of seating that includes a dining island that seats 16, bar that seats 12, in pool sectional seating, cabana seating, and more!! There's a state of the art outdoor sound system that you can connect to directly from your IPhone (or other Apple device) and play your favorite music as loud as you want. There are 10 outdoor TVs that make the space feel like your own private sports bar. There are 2 separate full-size bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower for guests to use. Don't be fooled by other pools charging a lower rate, and then nickle and dime you with add-on amenity charges. We offer 1 rate that includes everything. Make sure to reserve enough time to include setup, decorating, and breakdown. There will be no early access or late exits. All guests must be off the property at the reservation end time.
