Our pool can be heated up to 90 degrees to ensure your swimming experience is warm even in the cold months. Worried about outside temperature impacting your party? We combat that with outdoor space heaters being situated to where the ambient temperature isn't a problem. With warm water and space heaters, you and your guests are sure to be comfortable. Reserve fast because we are sure to sell out. If the specific date you're interested in is unavailable, contact us because it may just be a courtesy hold. This property is specifically set up for parties of all sizes and for all ages. We offer "ALL INCLUSIVE" flat rate pricing: Half day (4Hrs) = $900.00 Full day (8Hrs) = $1,600.00 The flat rate includes access to all amenities on the property, including solar pool heat and outdoor heaters. The flat rate also includes unlimited guests (up to 75ppl). The property is private and secluded. There's a phenomenal outdoor kitchen and bar that includes ice maker, freezer, refrigerator, sink, two bbq pits (charcoal & propane), 8 burner stove top, griddle, and more! There is plenty of seating that includes a dining island that seats 16, bar that seats 12, in pool sectional seating, cabana seating, and more!! There's a state of the art outdoor sound system that you can connect to directly from your IPhone (or other Apple device) and play your favorite music as loud as you want. Djs, live bands, caterers, bartenders, and performers are all welcome. There are 10 outdoor TVs that make the space feel like your own private sports bar. There are 2 separate full-size bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower for guests to use.
