AVAILABLE DAILY: 8am – 11pm Welcome to CdA Hotspot — your own private backyard escape overlooking a beautiful, park-like golf course. Enjoy a heated pool (kept around 85°), hot tub, sauna, and spacious outdoor setup perfect for relaxing, swimming, and making memories. The pool ranges from 3.5’ to 8’ deep and features a diving board and water slide for extra fun. The space includes: • Pool + 8-person hot tub • Lounge chairs + outdoor dining table • Grill for easy meals • Pool house with full kitchen (stove/oven, full-size fridge) + bathroom • Dry/steam sauna inside pool house • Large grassy yard with trampoline + picnic table • Slate patio with smokeless fire pit Whether you're planning a relaxing day or a small celebration, this space is designed to feel private, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. 🎉 SMALL PARTIES / BIRTHDAYS We love hosting special celebrations! A small event add-on is required for birthday parties or gatherings: • $200 includes up to 2 hours • Additional time: $50/hour (This helps cover additional use, setup, and wear on the space) 🚗 PARKING (STRICTLY ENFORCED) • Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway only • No street or cul-de-sac parking (we want to respect our neighbors) • Additional guests must carpool (the Kroc Center nearby works great) 👥 GUEST LIMIT • Maximum of 15 total guests (including adults & children) ⚠️ HOUSE NOTES • Family-friendly environment (not for loud/rowdy parties) • No glass in pool area • Smoking allowed outside only (please dispose of butts properly) • Please clean up and use provided trash bins WINTER MONTHS?
