Enjoy a private foothills backyard retreat with a spacious heated pool, hot tub, beautiful views, and multiple areas for relaxing, playing, eating, and spending time together. This secluded backyard is set up to be enjoyable for all ages, whether you are planning a family swim day, a relaxing afternoon, a birthday gathering, or an evening soak under the lights. The backyard is large and has multiple tiers, giving your group plenty of room to spread out. The upper tier includes a beautiful grassy area, a kids’ play structure with slide, a covered patio with outdoor dining space, a gas grill, and access to a private indoor bathroom. This area is great for families with kids, eating lunch or dinner, grilling, or taking a break from the water while still enjoying the outdoor space. The lower tier is centered around the large heated pool, which is typically kept between 86 and 92 degrees for a comfortable swimming experience. The pool area includes a diving board, and a variety of pool floats and toys for guests to enjoy. There is plenty of surrounding deck space, along with both sunny and shaded areas throughout the yard. Guests can also enjoy the jetted hot tub, usually kept around 100 degrees, located in a more private shaded area near the trees. It is a great spot to relax before or after swimming. Nearby, there is a shaded seating area with chairs and a small table, as well as a larger pergola lounge area with an outdoor sofa and firepit. This makes the space comfortable for guests who want to visit, supervise kids, relax in the shade, or enjoy the backyard without being in the pool the entire time. If your booking continues into the evening, string lights will be turned on to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of pool lighting, string lights, the pergola seating area, and the hot tub makes the backyard especially enjoyable after sunset.
