About the pool

This is a Resort style heated pool and yard is amazing for family parties and get together’s. Full use of all the amenities including full kitchen, family room with TV and two bathrooms. Driving Board, Slide, Pool Basketball Hoop, Trampoline, Lifetime playset area and play house with small Smith’s Grocery Store for the kids. Beautiful Gazebo with swings, Waterfall and beautiful greenery and flowers throughout. Plenty of room to spread out on grass. Can hold Large Events, Weddings and Family Reunions Beautiful for evening or late night Swim/Parties as entire backyard lights up with bistro and other outdoor lighting Location is 15 mins North of SLC. Just North of Lagoon and right across from Cherry Hills water park and just off Hwy 89.

*250 lbs limit on diving board (already broke one this year) one person at a time on board *Hot tub is off limits unless you added on this Amenity for $75 *Large garbage can will be out back for trash. *Please wipe down kitchen counters and bar if used, I will provide cleaners. *Please make sure all toys are cleaned up from bottom of pool Alexa for music Is provided you can play loud to volume 10 as neighbors are far from home Thanks you will love it here.......
