Jefferson Park Backyard

I literally just want to share my space while making a few dollars. I am only offering the use of backyard. This includes grassy area and garage pad patio. Patio has seating for 6 at a table with an umbrella and 4 around the firepit. Firepit is propane and will be on for your use. Additional larger umbrella available. Ideally, 1 person and their pet max. As there is no access to the house or a bathroom.
